tk67 Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — tk67's website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has opened an account on tk67 and is using its services.
• "Account" — a personal gaming account registered on tk67.
• "Bonus Funds" — any amount granted as a promotional gift or reward, usable under specific conditions.
• "Real Money Balance" — actual funds deposited directly, tracked separately from bonuses.
• "Wagering" — the requirement to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — the process of verifying a user's identity (Know Your Customer).

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play on tk67. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. tk67 may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if the required documents are not provided.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, household, or device, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and cancellation of any winnings. It is your responsibility to notify the support team immediately if any of your details change.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. tk67 will never ask for your password or PIN under any circumstances. tk67 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with a third party.

• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify the support team immediately.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Review all account transactions regularly and report any suspicious activity right away.

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.2 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods on tk67 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No methods outside this list are accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required if KYC verification or an account review is needed.

4.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, tk67 may request a copy of your national ID or passport and proof of ownership of the payment method. If the required documents are not provided, the withdrawal request will be put on hold.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; deposit ৳42,000 and receive ৳20,000 bonus — total ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used within the tk67 platform.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person or household.
• Games or bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to specific conditions.
• tk67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw bonus terms at any time.
• If suspected bonus abuse is detected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

tk67's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular activity and gaming participation. The cashback for each tier is calculated on a weekly basis.

All games available on tk67 are operated on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are determined using a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game interface.
• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• tk67 reserves the right to correct any payout displayed incorrectly due to a software error or human mistake.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, tk67's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

6.1 General Sports Betting Rules

Each market in sports betting has its own rules and settlement method. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed by the organising authority, tk67 will settle bets in accordance with standard industry practice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk67 platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence for gaming or betting.
• Dishonest use of any bonus or promotional offer (bonus abuse, arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing coordinated bets from multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment method.
